At Precision Direct Primary Care, we provide fast, thorough preoperative medical clearance exams for patients preparing for dental or surgical procedures. Whether referred by a dentist, oral surgeon, or specialist, we ensure a seamless, same-week evaluation process with direct communication to the requesting provider.
Flat Fee: $225 - Includes:
- In-office medical consultation and physical exam
- 12-lead Electrocardiogram (EKG)
- Complete Blood Count (CBC)
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
- Urinalysis
- Same-day documentation sent to the requesting provider

Optional Chest X-Ray
If a chest X-ray is required, we coordinate it through North Star Imaging, located in Denton, TX. Note: The chest X-ray is not included in the $225 fee and is billed separately by North Star Imaging.
